Elizabeth began piano lessons at the age of six and spent much of her childhood and teenage years working towards and completing her ARCT in Piano Performance (2009). During this time, Elizabeth also received top awards in competitions throughout the Fraser Valley, such as the Kiwanis Fraser Valley International Music Festival and the B.C. Registered Music Teachers’ Association Music Festival.
Following graduation from secondary school, Elizabeth attended the University of Victoria where she received a Bachelor of Music Degree and the University of Leeds (UK) where she completed a Master of Music degree, both in Piano Performance. At each university she received awards for her exceptional academic and musical achievements.
Elizabeth’s performance background has spanned from Canada to Europe. In 2012 she was chosen to perform alongside top pianists from around the world at the Casalmaggiore International Music Festival in Italy. During her time in England she performed around the country in venues ranging from concert halls to cathedrals.
Throughout her musical education, Elizabeth has learned from top international musicians and teachers, gathering a wealth of knowledge. She uses this knowledge to ensure the success of her pupils and inspire them to excel. Students under her instruction are given the necessary tools to succeed in their musical endeavours.
